All Elite Engines are assembled in our climate controlled clean room. We have four assembly bays to keep production on the move. Elite Engines are also Lista cabinet dealers, which we use in our assembly as well for engine part organization.
Haas CNC TL Lathe
Elite Engines uses Haas CNC equipment for producing custom parts. This Lathe makes all of our Flywheels, Pulleys, Valve Guides, Valve Seats, Valve Spring Retainers, Valve Spring Platforms, Water Pump Parts.
Sunnen CK10 Block Hone
It may be old but it is still the standard in cylinder bore honing. Using torque plates to simulate bore distortion from the head bolts, we hone the block straight and round within .0002 of an inch. This makes more power and less friction from out of round cylinders. We have a window of piston to wall clearence for each engine that we work on and once it goes outside the window, then we resleeve the block and start honing back to our smallest piston to wall clearance.
Flow Data Audie Technology Flow Bench
Our Flow data bench feeds information to our Audie Technology Flow Pro software. Every new cylinder is run on the flow bench to make sure it is the best we can make it. What we find in gains here also shows up on the dyno.
Our Valve seat and guide machine by Serdi, works on straight pilots vs tapered pilots. This makes the valve jobs and repeatability second to none.
The Haas VF1 is a full CNC mill that we do all of our prototyping. We also do alot of production work on this machine. Everything from Toyota Atlantic front covers to our Ford 2.0 FC flywheels. We are days away from unvaling a new project that was all done on our Hass VF1.
